It is worldwide known fact Microsoft is facing a hard time to make its presence felt in the smartphone world. While Lumia series was somehow holding it up, things still don’t look good for Microsoft. The tech giant is facing a very strong competition from brands like Samsung and Apple. However, Microsoft is still trying its best to regain its lost position and Acer Liquid M330 is one small step towards it.
It was during last year in IFA 2015 Conference when Acer introduced its Liquid M330 Smartphone. The company launched seven different handsets at the conference. The main talking point of this phone was that it will come up with Windows 10. After almost half a year, Acer has finally launched the Liquid M330 in the market.
The device is powered by a 1.1 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor and is supported by a 1 GB of RAM. It features a 4.5” FWVGA display with a pixel resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. As far as memory is concerned, Acer Liquid M330 offers 8 GB of internal storage and supports 64 GB of external storage via MicroSD Card.
Talking about camera part, it packs a 5 MP rear camera with LED Flash and Auto Focus. There is a 5 MP of front camera for selfies and Skype Video calling. The device is 9.6 mm thick and weighs 145 grams. It also houses a 2000 mAh replaceable battery that is capable of providing up to five hours of talk time and stand by time of up to 250 hours.
On the connectivity front, the device supports 4G and offers both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support. Being a Windows 10 based mobile phone, it offers some amazing features like Microsoft Edge, OneDrive, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows very own, Cortana.

The device is priced at $99.99 and is currently available only on Microsoft Store in the US. There is no news on India launch or pricing but, it is expected that it will cost somewhere between INR 7000 to 8000. Indian Smartphone market is already filled with amazing smartphones in this price range and Acer Liquid M330 will surely get a tough competition in India.
