Microsoft published Build 15031 for Windows Insiders on the Fast Ring last week for Windows 10 on PC and Mobile. It was released in the middle of a Bug Bash and didn’t really bring anything noteworthy besides the Picture-in-Picture mode.
This week, Dona Sarkar, the ‘Chief Mischief Maker’ for the Windows Insider Program, has announced on Twitter that there won’t be a new Insider build this week, for the Insider team is focusing on the Bug Bash.
So no builds this week

The Bug Bash began on the 3rd of February and has been a focus for the entire Insiders team – as well as the Insiders on Fast Ring. Announced with the release of Build 15025, we covered it in detail. But, here’s a summary.
Windows 10 Creators Update is coming close to release. It’s – for the most part – feature locked now, and the Insider team is simply focusing on fixing the bugs and preparing a build good enough for release to the general populous.
The Bug Bash plays a major part in this process, as this is when Insiders submit feedback en masse and Microsoft goes through any and all bugs discovered up until this point.
The Creators Update is expected to be ready for release in April – that’s about two months for the teams at Microsoft. It’s no longer the time to think up more ideas, but rather to polish the ideas that have already been implemented.
There won’t be a build this week, but there will be one next week – if everything goes as planned. It’s not obvious what would be in this build, but we expect the list of bug fixes to be long.
Hopefully, there will be a Mobile build as well; though, seeing the trend, Window 10 Mobile shouldn’t really be a high priority for Microsoft at this point.
